Sync to Swim is a pre-structured engagement with 3 customizable components
ASSESSMENT
Our proprietary workplace survey tools help us understand alignment across your team, which we use to set expectations and select games for desired outcomes.
PLAY SESSIONS
Our facilitator(s) design and deliver a 4-6 hour series of games and reflections. That time can be one longer event or broken into 60-90 minute intervals.
DEBRIEF
As the engagement concludes, we summarize key outcomes and metrics, as well as suggest ways your team can continue to build a playful mindset at work.
