What is the HIVE Deck?
In partnership with Hive Co, a former client that owns the IP of the deck of cards, HIVE is a strategic planning and business reflection tool that helps entrepreneurs and coaches turn insight into action.

It evolved out of an entrepreneurial bootcamp in Atlanta Georgia and has since grown in popularity as a tactile and visual way to internalize what leaders have accomplished and what needs to be done next.

Barometer XP has a license to sell and train around the deck, as well as connect it to our play-based learning frameworks to make the outcomes stickier.

FOR 1:1
Buy the $250 HIVE Deck for a complementary meeting with one of our experts. One of our experts facilitate the 1-hour walkthrough experience in-person or virtually. We also offer a few coaching hours to uncover deeper insights for $750.
FOR GROUPS
Join or schedule a workshop with one of our experts. We facilitate 2-4 hour group experiences that feature both active and observational roles. We find playing with peers unlock additional insights. Contact us for event dates and rates.
FOR COACHES
Invest in a 4-hour training that equips you how to facilitate the cards, as well as how to leverage play-based learning for client engagements. For fuller training and licensing, there is also a multi-day certification. Contact us for details.
