Employers are starting to wake up to the fact that a workforce armed with empathy, communication, and collaboration skills is a force to be reckoned with. In fact, over 70% of executives surveyed by LinkedIn agree that soft skills are more important than highly technical AI skills.


So, what does this mean for the future of work? Well, for starters, it's time to ditch the outdated notion of "soft" skills and rebrand them for what they truly are: the heartbeat of the workplace. From building interpersonal relationships to guiding and motivating teams, these skills are the big guns that fuel innovation and productivity.
