Welcome to the Playful Leadership Workshop

This half-day, high-impact session is for leaders, L&D and HR professionals, instructional designers, and changemakers who are tired of the status quo and seek new ideas around the topic of giving and receiving feedback. In 4 hours, participants will experience firsthand how play can create serious and measurable results – reenergizing learning, shifting mindsets, and driving real outcomes – without sacrificing professionalism or doing a trust fall.

We’ll immerse participants in interactive experiences using a proven framework that makes play purposeful, powerful, and contextual to some of the toughest workplace challenges. At the end of the workshop, each person will leave with:

• Greater confidence in advocating for play-based approaches;

• Tested strategies to break through engagement roadblocks;

• A toolkit of ready-to-use activities and resources (including special access to our Play Concierge platform); and

• Renewed clarity in their role, work, and team possibilities.
